Geeta is a widowed lady who is left to take care and bring up two sons Surya and Satya all by herself. While the elder son Surya becomes a diligent police inspector on growing up, his younger brother Satya takes to crime. Both do not get along and are always at loggerheads with each other. One day after a fateful turn of events, Satya gets arrested. After getting released from prison, Satya is hired by a mafia boss named Sheshnaag. This is for the sole purpose of fulfilling his vengeance against his rival Devaa.
Meanwhile Surya collects enough incriminating evidence against Sheshnaag and this brings him head on with his own brother Satya, who is working under him. Little do the brothers know that the mafia boss has an alias under whose disguise he will escape all charges of law.
The film is directed and produced by Anand. The music is composed by Anand Milind. The story is written by Mukesh Bakshi. The star cast includes Jeetendra,Govinda,Aditya Pancholi, Moushumi Chatterjee, Kimi, Gulshan Grover and Satish Kaushik.
