15 year old Sunny is a lonely boy living with his father, who has no time for him. His father is a wealthy man and has a huge business empire and travels often. He is a womanizer and often dates random women on the pretext of being busy with work. He has to now travel to London on a business trip, thus he leaves some blank cheques for Sunny in case he needs money in case of an emergency. Sunny is then introduced to his father’s manager Rocky, who is equally flamboyant like his father. Rocky owes a Mafia don Rs 1 million and asks Sunny to help him. He is also planning to make a movie with his girlfriend Rubina, played by Monalisa.
Payal, played by Payal Rohatgi needs Rocky to help her foot her boyfriends medical bills. So Rocky asks her to seduce Sunny and she readily agrees. She moves into his neighborhood and roams around wearing skimpy clothing and tempting him. Soon Sunny is smitten by Payal and they get to know each other better. One thing leads to another and they both get intimate. Meanwhile one day Payal plays dead and this scares Sunny. He goes to Rocky for help who pretends to wrap her dead body and asks Sunny to dispose it and secretly photographs him. They then blackmail Sunny to pay a huge amount. Payal later tells Sunny the whole truth.
The movie is written and directed by TLV Prasad and produced by Evershine Films. The music is composed by Nitin Raikwar, Vikrant Mathur and Vishuraj-Jayant.
