Rajesh is a small time crook and always gets into trouble. His main job is stealing taxi and selling it for a profit that he enjoys. His elder brother Brijesh is a police officer. One day Rajesh is accused of a crime and his look-a-like named Ritesh, who is a law abiding citizen falls into trouble as the cops think he is the culprit. Ritesh has no idea why he is being charged with these crimes. Things get ugly when he finally comes to know the reality and is out to prove his innocence and bring the real crook to justice. The film is directed by Sushil Vyas and produced by Dilip Pariyani and Lachhman Tulsiani. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri.
