In the train journey from Howrah to Bombay, three young men travel to watch the cricket match in Bombay as well as to meet their favorite superstar Mithun Chakraborty. During their journey the three men end up drinking a lot of alcohol. One of the men Vijay, goes to the next room in the coach to find an attractive woman there. He wants to share the seat next to her but another man Pankaj has already taken it, he tries to forcibly take it but is asked to leave. Later the woman’s husband finds that she has been killed. Vijay and Pankaj couldn’t have possibly killed her. The police begin their investigation for the real killer.
The movie is directed by Partho Ghosh and produced by N N Sippy. The music is composed by Anand Milind and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The story, screenplay and dialogues are written by K K Singh. The cinematography is by K V Ramanna. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Chunkey Pandey, Somy Ali, Javed Jaffery, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Satish Shah, Rakesh Bedi, Tinnu Anand, Amol Palekar, Rutu Parna, Sheeba and Gautami.
