Delhi is rampant with corruption and injustice. Politicians and ministers known to protect the people are the ones with big criminal records and they transfer honest cops and get their own corrupt ones on board to make their life simpler and tension free. They also indulge is taking bribes and haftas. Meanwhile Lala Kurana has been running the city with the help of member of parliament and some corrupt cops. He however feels he is getting too old to contest the next elections and wants his son Devendra to take over. He however has been on the wrong side of the law and is accused of raping a woman. The new assistant superintendent of police Tejasvini is out to get him convicted. Now it is Lala’s turn to face the law.
