Suresh is a wealthy man who runs a successful business along with his partner and friend Dinesh. Just when everything is going great, Suresh is shocked to find out that Dinesh has been cheating behind his back and usurping the company funds. He is furious and demands that he leave the company at once. Dinesh does not take the humiliation lightly and throws Suresh’s secretary Rajni, out the window, falsely accusing of the crime. The cops arrest Suresh but soon let him go on bail seeing his past records.
Meanwhile a beautiful girl named Anita comes into Suresh’s life and they fall in love. Turns out Anita is non other than Rajni’s sister who is out to get revenge for her sister’s murder. She now joins forces with Dinesh to complete her mission. The film is directed by Tulsi Ramsay and Shyam Ramsay and produced by Kumar Ramsay. The music is composed by Prem and Rajesh Roshan. The star cast includes Shatrughan Sinha, Parveen Babi, Marc Zuber, Prem Chopra, Jagdeep, Rajendranath, Asit Sen, Yunus Perwaiz, Imtiaz and Deepti Naval.
