Tell Me O KKhuda is the story of a girl called Tanya who one fine day discovers the fact that she is actually adopted and living with her foster parents. She sets off on a heart breaking and emotional journey to find the truth about her biological parents and why they abandoned her.
Tanya finds out that the hospital she was born in catches fire and all her documents are misplaced/destroyed in the fire which causes the confusion of who her real parents are. She first goes to Rajasthan and meets Abhay Rana Pratap Singh played by Vinod Khanna but realises his niece is actually his daughter who was born to his wife.
Then she meets Altaf Zardari played by Rishi Kapoor in Turkey and realises he and his wife too aren’t his parents as they have lost their baby girl in the hospital fire. She then meets mafia leader Tony Castello played by Dharmendra who turns out to be her biological father with Susan played by Hema Malini as her mother.
