Karodimal has been harassing the people by giving them loans and taking them with a high interest. He one day targets a school teacher named Poornima. Balraj tries to foil his plans when he tries to rape her. However Karodimal frames him for murder and sends him to jail. Balraj then tells Poornima to take care of his son Raj. She eventually becomes a prostitute to earn enough money and give him a good education. Balraj meanwhile escapes jail and kills Karodimal and searches for his son Raj and Poornima. Things will be very different when he finally meets them both.
The film is directed and produced by K K Reddy. The music is composed by Ravindra Jain. The star cast includes Raj Kiran, Anil Kapoor, Amrita Singh, Suresh Oberoi and Anupam Kher.
