A happy-go-lucky man who has no worry in the world takes
almost everything for granted. He has no care in the world and
hopes that someday his destiny will be changed. One day fate
smiles on him when out of the blue he manages to inherit a
huge amount of cash. He now has no idea how to spend all that
money but takes help from his friends.
The film is directed and produced by Dada Kondke. The music
is composed by Raam Laxman. The star cast includes Dada
Kondke, Usha Chavan, Amjad Khan, Madan Puri, Asit Sen,
