Mini, played by Genelia D’Souza is enjoying her father’s, pampering and riches but doesn’t want to get married. Her father, Bhatti, however has chosen a groom for her and is persistent that she should marry him and settle down, leaving her no choice. Meanwhile Viren, played by Ritesh Deshmukh, is one of Bhatti’s employees driving one of his rickshaws. He is hard working and desperate to save money to start his own travel agency some day.
Bhatti decides to sell of all his rickshaws on fine day and gets a fleet of new taxis. Viren on hearing this is devastated as the rickshaw he was driving had Rs 60,000 of his savings stored in it. Angry, frustrated and drunk he goes to Bhatti’s house while Mini’s engagement is underway. He threatens to shoot Bhatti unless he gives back his saved money. Mini uses this opportunity to leave the engagement and run and asks Viren to kidnap her.
Mini asks Viren to demand a ransom of Rs 1million from her father and he can take his 60,000 while she will keep therest as she doesn’t want to go back home and marry. The duo ends up falling in love over a period of time. The two are then kidnapped by another mafia gang, Chowdhury. It is later revealed that Viren is actually his son and left the dishonorable business of his father and home. Mini and Viren later get married and turn his father’s kidnapping business into a flourishing taxi business.
The movie is directed by Mandeep Kumar and produced by Kumar Tourani. The music is composed by Sachin-Jigar.
