Arun Sharma, played by Sunny Deol, works for RAW. He builds a spy network in order to get sensitive information about the Pakistani terrorists. Meanwhile a village girl called Reshma, played by Preity Zinta, joins the network and starts working for Arun. He trains her hot to spy and pass on important information. They start falling in love. Reluctantly and putting Reshma’s life at risk Arun sends her to Colonel Hidayatulla’s house disguised as a maid. However she gets caught but manages to escape soon. Arun meanwhile confesses his love to Reshma and two decide to get married.
On Reshma and Arun’s wedding day things go wrong and there is a deadly attack by terrorists. Reshma seems to have gone missing while Arun is presumed to be dead. Later Arun who is still alive fakes his dead so he can infiltrate the terrorist’s network and goes to Canada. Reshma is in Pakistan being treated by Dr. Shaheen, played by Priyanka Chopra. Arun pretends to fall in love with Shaheen to get into the network of the terrorists as Shaheen is related to one of the perpetrators. Later she gets killed while trying to help him and he is meets Reshma in Kashmir and they unite.
The movie is directed by Anil Sharma and produced by Dhirajlal Shah, Hasmukh Shah and Pravin Shah. The music is composed by Uttam Singh. The cinematography is by Kabir Lal.
