The Journey of Karma is directed and produced by Jagbir Dahiya and written by Rupesh Paul, starring Poonam Pandey and Shakti Kapoor.
Released on October 26th 2018, the story is about a slum girl who is good in studies and wants to chase her dreams to make it big and work in United States of America. The young girl travels through her journey through a series of twists and turns, surprises, and has to be victim of lust with a mysterious old man who comes up with a weird proposition.
The roles played by Shakti Kapoor as the old man leaves you with very little imagination as you are bound to expect some foul play scenes, and Journey of Karma is no different but brings the sleazy angle that evokes lot of laughter and humor. While he plays the role of the kind old man who wants to help Karma (Poonam Pandey) from her lewd step father who makes advances towards her, he also nurses a soft corner for her because he is in love with her!
The film didn’t do too well at the Box Office and it is largely due to the scenes with cleavage shots, bathing scenes, and love making sequences thrown in, that leaves you nothing to talk about the film. Music is by Danish Alfaaz, Onkar Minhas.
