The movie showcases 12 short stories blended into one story, which is directed by 12 different directors in their own style. The movie’s story revolves around a case where clues are found and investigated far and wide in different cities. The investigators will have to do all they can in their capacity to unearth the truth and find not only the killer but also the identity of the person killed. They will have to travel far and wide to uncover the facts.
A horrific murder is being investigated, where a mutilated body is discovered soaking in blood and 12 clues are unearthed. All the clues incidentally are found on a body part of the victim. The investigators then travel through Ghaziabad, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Kalyan, Hissar, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Gwalior, Delhi and Mumbai to question people from all walks of life. They encounter teachers, transsexuals, authors, god men, police officers and psychiatrists on their journey.
