Nooran is a beautiful girl living in the deserts of Rajasthan. She lives with her loving grandmother who has thought her the ancient desert song of enchanting the scorpions. This song is supposed to stop the fatal venom of the deadly creatures. A camel trader called Aadam in the area falls deeply in love with Nooran, she however is more focused on mastering the scorpion song and ignores him. Things take a turn for the worse when one night a man on the pretext of healing azscorpion sting, savagely attacks Nooran. She is found in a sorry state. Her grandmother too disappears after the attack and she agrees to marry Aadam. Her life and singing seems to come back on track post the marriage. Just when she thought things will be better, life takes another horrible turn.
The film is directed by Anup Singh and stars Irrfan Khan, Golshifteh Farahani and Waheeda Rehman.
