Vishal, played by Emraan Hashmi is married to Anjali, played by Sayali Bhagat and they are settled in Bangkok. They have a 5 year old daughter Nikki who is suffering from kidney failure and needs immediate operation. Their marriage is going through a rough patch due to tremendous pressure of their daughter’s illness. They are somehow managing to keep their marriage afloat. On the way to work one day Vishal meets a beautiful girl called Roma, played by Geeta Basra who is also going through a tough marriage and has a daughter. The attraction is mutual and they end up meeting often. Soon they start having an affair and end up at a hotel room making love.

One day a man Tony enters their room carrying a gun and beats Vishal unconscious and rapes Roma. He comes to know that the two are having an affair and blackmails them to pay him money. They do not report the crime as this would expose their affair. One day Tony reaches Vishal’s house and befriends his wife and daughter and demands Rs 5 Lakhs. Vishal has no choice but to give it. After a few days he demands Rs 10 Lakhs by taking Roma and his family hostage. He gives all the money and is now unable to pay for his daughter’s treatment. One day he goes to Roma’s house and realizes her real name is Richa Malhotra and she is a part of the scam and Tony is her boyfriend. Just when the duo are about to dupe another unsuspecting man Vishal barges in and kills them and takes all his money back.
