Raju, played by Arya Babbar and Rani, played by Shriya Saran study in same college and stay in the neighboring houses. They have always been at loggerheads and disapproving of each other’s ideas and opinions. Their constant fights and arguments and made them dislike each other. Rani one day complains about Raju to his father and he ends up scolding his son for being rude to the girl. This creates more bitterness between the two. One day things get so bad that Rani ends up slapping Raju at a college event, humiliating him.
Meanwhile Rani’s father is transferred to Kodaikanal and has to leave immediately. Raju’s family and him go to the railway station to bid them adieu. Seeing him, causes a change of heart in Rani and she starts to respect him more. After being far away, Raju and Rani realize that they miss each other and are actually falling in love. The movie is directed by Esmayeel Shroff and produced by Ramoji Rao. The music is composed by Amar Mohile. The cinematography is by Mazhar Kamran.
The other star cast of the movie include Kiran Karmakar, Ashok Saraf, Shoma Anand, Nishigandha Wad, B. Venkat, Varsha Kapkar and Shweta Menon.
