Toh Baat Pakki is a 2010 Bollywood romcom flick directed by Kedar Shinde with Tabu, Sharman Joshi, Vatsal Seth and Yuvika Chaudary in the lead. The story is about the trials that a woman goes through to find a groom for her younger sister and the confusions that follow after a turn of events.
Toh Baat Pakki begins with the female lead shown to be happily married woman with high wits on the lookout for a suitable man for her sister to marry. She goes about well doing her job of finding an eligible boy by lending out her house to a man with whom she arranges the betrothal but the mix-up begins when the marriage is fixed, she comes across a better guy. The second half of the movie deals with her efforts to outwit the former bride-groom to reschedule the wedding with the new found guy . The former groom tries his hand at winning back his love ending with a happy climax.
The movie failed to create any waves among the public as well as critics. Many critics cited the pitfalls in the movie to be its lack of entertaining screenplay and ended up a flop.
