Delshad, played by Dimple Kapadia owns a small café called Lucky Café. People from all walks of life come to chit chat or simply come and socialize with their friends and family. However newer and bigger chain of cafes are the latest trend and thus her café is running a risk of being shut. She is now trying desperately to save her café. She recently met a man Rajagopal, played by Nana Patekar, who after a brief fight has warmed up to her. They become friends and she learns that he is also a lawyer. He decides to help the property shark from eating up her café.
Running parallel to this story is that of a thirty something couple Amit and Anita who have their differences and their relationship has lost its spark. They are somehow sailing through their life while sometimes they come and spend time at Lucky Café. Another sweet story is that of a young college going couple Bikramjeet and Shalini who love each other but haven’t completely confessed their feelings, as a result there is an element of doubt in their mind about the other’s intentions.
Their favorite place to hang out too is Delshad’s Lucky Café. They all join forces to save this heritage site from doom.
The movie is directed by Kabir Sadanand and produced by Nikhil Panchamiya. The story is written by Kabir Sadanand, Sameer Siddiqui and Rajen Makhijani. The music is composed by Sandesh Shandilya.
