Kishan, played by Prabhudeva is from a small village in Coimbatore working as a salesman in a small company. His deepest wish is to marry a pretty and modern city girl. He keeps daydreaming about meeting his dream girl while trying to achieve his sales targets on one side.
His family calls him back home on a pretext of an emergency and gets him married forcibly to a village girl against his wishes. He is very much unhappy with his bride Devi, played by Tammanah Bhatia. In spite of him being embarrassed by his new bride, she never complaints or asks him anything.
The couple moves to a new house far away. But the house has a tragic past, where the previous tenant has committed suicide and her ghost still inhabits it. The girl who died was an aspiring actress and died without having fulfilled her wishes. One day the ghost mysteriously enters Devi’s body and she gets possessed.
The ghost makes use of Devi’s body to accomplish her dreams of making it big in movies. A filmmaker gets impressed by her and signs her in his movies. He falls in love with her and so does Kishan. Tutak Tutak Tutiya is directed by A.L.Vijay and produced by Vashu Bhagnani and Sonu Sood. The music is composed by Gurinder Seagal and Sajid-Wajid.
