Ria Malhotra, played by Rituparna Sengupta falls deeply in love with Rishi Rampal, played by Sudhanshu Pandey who is a successful ad-film maker. They both carry on with their love affair blissfully until one day Ria finds out that Rishi is a married man. Furious and heartbroken Ria takes a drastic step and gets married to a man of her parent’s choice Rahul, played by Sanjay Kapoor. Rahul is a dedicated and loving husband who is willing to go any lengths to keep his wife Ria happy. But she still holds some bitter memories of her past affair and is unable to forget them.
When Rahul is away on a business trip, Ria runs into Rishi at a party and the sparks fly once again. Even though Ria is upset with him, she still gets attracted to Rishi and the two end up making love. Rahul is meanwhile unaware of his wife’s infidelity. Ria isnt happy with her marriage but carries on and gives birth to their child. She then files for divorce, unable to carry the burden of one sided love. However seeing no reason to divorce, Rahul wins the case in the court of law. Ria now has a tough decision to make, weather to forget the past or to live in misery forever.
The movie is written, directed and produced by Bhupendra Gupta. The music is composed by Sujeet Shetty and the inematography is by Ishwar Bidri. The choreography is by Bali.
