DK is a notorious criminal who is on the run and one day takes shelter in a kind and compassionate priest’s house. Little does the priest know what is DK’s background. In the meantime, DK falls in love with the priest’s daughter Maria and they both get married. One day however, DK refuses to accept her as his wife and wants to run away. Maria’s brother Shankar is furious hearing this and beats up DK to make him realize what he is doing is wrong. He makes him accept his mistake and give Maria justice.
The film is directed by Kewal Sharma and produced by B P Shahabadi. The music is composed by Anu Malik and the story is written by Kukku Batra. The screenplay is written by Shyam Goel. The star cast includes Vinod Khanna,Chunkey Pandey, Jayaprada,Asha Parekh, Danny Denzongpa,Shakti Kapoor, Paintal, Mac Mohan, Ram Mohan, Bob Christo and Gurbachan.
