Seema lives a happy-go-lucky and peaceful life with his grandmother and maternal uncle, who dote on her. Her closest childhood friend is Rajesh who she shares all her secrets with. One day things change for the worse when the region is ravaged with floods and the friends get separated. Years later Seema as well as Rajesh have grown up to be smart and attractive people. They run into each other and are overjoyed
to rekindle their love. Their families arrange for their marriage. However on the wedding day, a lady carrying a child barges into the wedding ceremony and announces that Rajesh is already married to her and this is their child together. Seema has to now find out the real truth behind this. The film is directed by Deepak Bahry and produced by Gautam Bhatia and Mohan T Gehani. The music is composed by Raam Laxman. The star cast includes Vinod Mehra, Mithun Chakraborty, Ranjeeta, Prema Narayan, Jagdeep and Padma Khanna.
