Dr. Duke Chawla is a well respected doctor at the American Medical Association and always motivates and gives new hope to his patients. He is in a relationship with the love of his life Pooja and the two plan to get married soon. Duke’s life is almost perfect and he feels happy he will be taking the next step in his relationship with Pooja. However fate has other plans for him, when he has a horrific accident and wakes up not knowing where he is in East West Hospital.
Duke is horrified to know that he might never walk again. His life that seemed so complete is now shattered into pieces and he has to pick up each piece one by one. Another blow comes his way when his love Pooja leaves him. Duke is devastated and has no will to live anymore. He refuses to take medication and makes life hell for the doctors and nurses who are trying to help him recover. In the dark part of his life a young a boy Roshan enters. He is also admitted in the same hospital and begins talking to Duke. Initially refusing to speak with him, eventually Duke becomes his friend. Roshan tells Duke about all the things that are going on outside his window and makes his day. Duke health improves and begins his treatment again.
One day another tragedy strikes Duke’s life when he finds out that Roshan had terminal cancer and has died. The boy gave Duke a new lease of life before departing. The movie is directed by Samir Karnik and produced by Eros International.
