A baby is found in the gutter of Kamathipura by Havaldar. Kamathipura is a infamous place where all prostitutes reside. He picks up the baby and takes it home. Meanwhile another baby is born from a prostitute and she begs Havaldar to give him a father’s name. Havaldar agrees but his wife is against it and leaves him to go back to her home. The child is named Ajay while the prostitutes son is named Shlok. Both grow up and start going to college. They become the best of friends but are quite different from each other. Shlok is good at studies, while Ajay takes up gambling. Havaldar is worried about Ajay’s future and tries to get him a job, but Ajay cannot stand the unjust and corrupt practices around and sticks to gamling.
Shlok completes his studies and Ajay wins Rs 1 Crore by gambling. He then asks him to pursue his further studies. Meanwhile Ekka Seth who is terrorizing the prostitutes for years kills Havaldar’s daughter Sandhya. Ajay decides to avenge her death and kills Ekka and frees all the innocent girls who are forced into prostitution. The movie is directed by K K Singh and produced by Babu Latiwala. The music is composed by Adesh Srivastava and the lyrics are written by Indeevar. The film’s story is written by K K Singh. The cinematography is by Sanjay Malvankar. The star cast includes Salman Khan, Atul Agnihotri, Pooja Dadwal, Divya Dutta, K K Sing, Sudesh Berry, Sudhir Pandey, Saeed Jaffery,Avtar Gill,Jack Gaud,Pramod Moutho, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Amrit Pal, Rohini Hattangadi, Farida Jalal and Himani Shivpuri.
