News of the world’s rarest and most exquisite diamonds have spread far and wide. These precious diamonds are worth more than 300 Crores. Wealthy industrialist Bobby, played by Javed Jaffrey along with his girlfriend Devyani, played by Preeti Jhangiani hatch a plan to steal the diamonds. They hire Tora, an expert burglar to do the job. However Tora decides to double cross Bobby and Devyani and hides the diamonds in a carriage called Victoria No 203 before being killed.
The driver of Victoria No 203, Raman, has no idea who Tora was before he helped her and after she dies the accusation of her murder comes on him. He is arrested and put into jail for the crime. Diamond expert Jimmy, played by Jimmy Shergill along with two other older crooks Raja, played by Anupam Kher and Rana, played by Om Puri also have their eyes on the diamonds. Meanwhile Raman’s daughter Sara does everything in her capacity to free her father from prison. The diamonds will eventually go to the person who really deserves them the most.
The movie is directed by Anant Mahadevan and produced by Kamal Sadanah. The music is composed by Viju Shah.
