Durga Prasad is a well respected advocate. He is waiting to receive a file from Chote Thakur in a pending case in Bangalore, India. However before the file could reach Durga, Chote is murdered. This deeply disturbs Durga Prasad. Soon a former government employee who says he was wrongly dismissed from his duties by some corrupt officials. However, even before the case could reach court, he is killed. This baffles and infuriates Durga who decides to take the matter in court. He is then shocked to find his family has been slaughtered in broad day light. Durga’s junior Ashok decides to avenge all the killings.
Ashok finds that the killers work for a man called Vidyasagar and starts killing them one by one. The DG assigns inspector Vijayalaxmi to apprehend Ashok, not knowing that they both already know and love each other. Although she questions him but he seems to have an alibi for every crime. When she catches Ashok red-handed killing Mayor of Banglore she is baffled weather he has an alibi for this as well. The movie is directed by K Murli Mohan Rao and produced by Anil Rathi. The music is composed by Anand Milind and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The screenplay is written by Santosh Saroj. The cinematography is by P S Prakash Rao and the choreography is by Saroj Khan and Bhoopi. The star cast includes Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Amrish Puri, Paresh Rawal, Viju Khote, Alok Nath, Anant Mahadevan, Annu Kapoor, Rakesh Bedi, Deep Dhillon, Shiva, Mahesh Anand, Dinesh Hingoo, Dinesh Kaushik, Reema Lagoo and Guddi Maruti.
