Kishan Oberoi, played by Shammi Kapoor, is a wealthy businessman who has two sons. He feels his sons aren’t trust worthy and doesn’t trust them with anything. In fact he only likes his grandson Raj, played by Govinda, and has full faith in him. This infuriates both his sons. One day in a horrific accident, Raj gets badly injured and suffers brain damage. He can no longer think and operate like a normal person anymore. Kishan’s sons take advantage of this fact and try to kill their father so they can inherit all his wealth. They start making an evil and brutal conspiracy against the disabled Raj.
Later a look-a-like of Raj called Banne enters the house and take his place. Soon it is revealed that Banne and his wife are police inspectors who came on the beheast of Raj to save his family from his evil uncles. They end up playing funny tricks on them to reveal the truth to the entire family. The movie is directed by Manoj Agarwal and produced by Sibte Hasan Rizvi. The music is by Jatin-Lalit.
