Kishan Singh is a wealthy land owner and lives with his two sons Gajjan and Dulla. Kishen makes a will wherein he gives his plot of land to Gajjan’s son Shravan, while the rest of the property is distributed equally among Gajjan and Dulla. The latter is angry that his father didn’t give anything to his three sons Chote, Thade and Dara. This creates a rift between the brothers and Dulla in a fit of rage kills his father. He is then jailed for many years. Time passes by and the sons grow up Shravan marries a poor village girl named Paro. Meanwhile Dulla is released from prison and wants to kill Shravan so the property will finally go to his sons.
Paro however comes to know of Dulla’s evil plan and wont let it happen. So she asks her younger sister Seebo to marry Gajjan so she can give the family a son. She is however in love with another young man named Bhinder and wants to marry him. But Paro explains the intensity of the situation to Seebo and begs her to marry Gajjan. She finally agrees sacrificing her love and life. In the end Paro and Gajjan are both killed and Seebo reunites with Bhinder.
The film is directed by Ravindra Peepat and produced by Swam Young Raj, Baldev Gill and J S Cheema. The music is composed by Uttam Jagdish. The cinematography is by Manmohan Singh. The star cast includes Amrish Puri, Raj Babbar, Raj Kiran, Smita Patil, Amrita Singh, Sushma Seth, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Sudhir Pandey, Avtar Gill, Javed Khan, Amrit Pal, Ramesh Tiwari, Navneet Singh, Pradeep Kumar and Anjana Mumtaz.
