Daya Sagar is a greedy man and does things for his ulterior motives. He has his eyes on Rajgiri’s wealth and hatches a plan to acquire it. He asks his servant Ranga to woo Rajgiri’s only daughter Seeta and marry her. Ranga innocently agrees but is unaware of Daya’s actual plan. He falls in love with Seeta and soon learns of Daya’s evil intentions. He revolts against his crude plan. He however marries Seeta and both are in marital bliss. Daya is however desperate of get his plan into action and will not hesitate to even eliminate Ranga.
The film is directed by Desari Narayana Rao and produced by Shrikant Nahata. The Music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the story is written by M Balayya. The dialogues are written by Kader Khan and the cinematography is by Lakshmi Kanthan and S V Srikanth. The star cast includes Rajnikanth, Anupam Kher, Padmini Kolhapure, Satyen Kappu, Kader Khan, Ashalata and Sushma Seth.
