Puneet, played by Arshad Warsi is a copywriter who has big dreams and aspirations in life. Some of them include earning a huge amount of cash, quitting his job and finally settling in Nainital and living there peacefully. However till he finds the means to do all those things, Puneet is happily living with his girlfriend Agni, played by Sandhya Mridul. Things start spiraling out if control when Puneet finds out that his brother, that he knows so little has been shot dead. Meanwhile he has a horrible argument with Agni, and she throws him out of the house.
Distressed and dejected by the turn of events in his life, Puneet walks to a park bench and rests on it, when he sees someone being shot. Things are about to get more uglier in his life with this event that he wasn’t even a part of. He sees the injured man and saves his life. The man is none other than a notorious gangster and this begins a gang war between Ganpat and Gangu. Puneet is not in the middle of it and there is no easy way out of it. The movie is directed by Shashanka Ghosh and produced by Rahul Misra and Sameer Gupta. The music is composed by Vishal-Shekhar, Shibani Kashyap, Saibal Basu and Abhinav Dhar.
