Rashi is a happy-go-lucky girl who works hard at a company to make ends meet. There she meets a young man named Rajesh and both fall in love. She then invites him to come over to her place and he accepts. Meanwhile Rashi shares her flat with a friend named Nita. So Rashi takes Rajesh to another flat that is being used for interior decoration by her company. She pretends that the flat belongs to her. Little does she know that the flat’s real owner is Rajesh and he doesn’t disclose this to her and plays along. Her friend Nita too shifts to this flat. The film is directed by Rajat Rakshit and produced by Usman Khan. The music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji. The star cast includes Farooque Sheikh, Surinder Kaur, Jagdeep, Dina Pathak, Rajesh Puri and Aruna Irani.
