Dharam , played by Dharmendra is conning people by making them believe that is a guru called Yamla Baba. His partner in crime is his son Gajodhar, played by Bobby Deol. One day they decide to con Yograj, played by Annu Kapoor, who returns from England into thinking they own a big company Oberoi & Oberoi. He decides to get his daughter Suman, played by Neha Sharma get married to Gajodhar. Dharam’s older son Param meets Yograj and saves his club being taken over by Amrstrong. Impressed, he makes Param the club’s manager.
Later at the engagement party of Suman and Gajodhar, Param is also present and there he meets Reet an art gallery owner who he falls in love with. It comes to be known that Reet is actually the real daughter of Yograj and not Suman. Learning this Gajodhar tries to woo Reet but she loves Param. Later Dharam tries to trick her into thinking he has another child Q who is the twin of Gajodhar and is a painter, which intrigues her. But after Q is unable to produce a painting he takes one from another painter and claims to be his own. But later Prem falls for Suman and Param proposes to Reet.
The movie is directed by Sangeeth Sivan and produced by Dharmendra. The music is composed by Shaarib Toshi and Sachin Gupta.
