Mann and Mohan are twin brothers, played by Jimmy Shergill. Mann is at a party in a club in Thailand with his girlfriend. They are having a good time drinking and partying until an anti-social element comes along. A boy called Rickey, played by Dev Sharma is getting too close to Mann’s girlfriend and trying to take a selfie with her. This infuriates Mann and he throws several blows at Rickey, which lands him to a hospital.
Rickey happens to be the brother of gangster Mak, played by Arbaaz Khan who learns of his brother’s injuries and goes to see him in the hospital. He promises his bother revenge. Mohan meanwhile is at a village with his mother and travels to Thailand.
Mann decides to visit his mother and comes to the village. Mak kidnaps Mann’s girlfriend who is rescued by Mohan. Later Mann helps save Mohan’s reputation after a girl accuses him of impregnating her. Both brothers are finally successful in their missions and get married.
Yeh Toh Too Much Ho Gaya is directed by Anwer Khan and produced by Mudar Unwala and Ali Unwala. The music is composed by Avishek Majumdar.
