Vicky and Vijay are brothers and heirs to the Saigal Industries. Vicky is the younger one who is brattish, irresponsible and loves to womanize, drink and party. Vijay is the elder one who is responsible, kind, trustworthy and always covering up for his younger brother’s antics. The driver’s daughter Sapna always had a crush on Vicky and secretly fantasizes about money and being his girlfriend. She goes to Bombay on the behest of her close friend and becomes a model. When she returns Vicky is floored by her. He romances her but Vijay isnt happy about his behavior and asks him to be careful. Soon Vijay finds himself falling in love with Sapna. When Vijay comes to know that Vicky is also in love with her he backs off. Soon Vicky realizes how irresponsible he has been with his behavior and comes to know about Vijay and Sapna’s love and gets them married.
The movie is directed by Naresh Malhotra and produced by Ravi Vachani ,Uday Chopra and Yash Chopra. The music is composed by Dilip Sen and Sameer Sen. The lyrics are written by Sameer. The story and screenplay is written by Sachin Bhowmick.
