In the rural by lanes of India, uneducated village people sometimes are ready to believe anything they are told. Their innocence and meekness is very often taken advantage of. The film Yeh Hai Bakrapur, stresses on the fact that the naivetés of people can be used against them. A small misconception or rumor can spread like wildfire, causing either a lot of damage or of teach a good lesson.
The Qureshi family who love animals, have one handsome goat for a pet. They have lovingly named him Shahrukh. Something about the goat has given it a rock star status overnight. Now slowly the news has spread across the village about the popularity of the goat and people from the far corners of villages are coming just to meet Shahrukh. This has caused a lot of chaos and commotion in the Qureshi household. What lies ahead is some humorous confusion and utter comedy.
The movie is directed by Janaki Vishwanathan and produced by Ramesh S Arunachalam. The star cast includes Anshuman Jha, Asif Basra, Amit Sial, Uttkarsh Majumdar, Faiz Mohammad, Suruchi Aulakh, Yaushika Verma and Shameem Khan. The music is composed by Agnee and the singers include Rahul Ram, Amit Kilam, Raghuram, K Mohan and Keerthi Sagathia.
