Avinash is an intelligent and well-grounded boy but has experienced sudden failure in his academics, which has disturbed him immensely. He is unable to ask for his parents for help or support since they stay hundreds of miles away and are too busy to give him any time or attention. This puts Avinash in a place in his life where he feels dejected, depressed and isolated from the rest of the world.
His hopelessness sees no bounds until one day he decides to visit his long forgotten grandfather. His grandfather has always been an excellent kite runner. Avinash and his grandfather share a special bond during this time and he tries to make Avinash see the world with a different perspective and think from a positive angle. The kite flying turns into important and inspiring life’s lessons.
The movie is directed by Gitanjali Sinha and produced by Hemendra Aran. The music is composed by Anand Milind. The cinematography is done by Vivek Shah and the screenplay is written by Gitanjali Sinha and Samarth Lahiri. The star cast includes Raghuveer Yadav, Yashpal Sharma, Raj Tandon, Kishor Nadalskar, Nitin Kerur, Anya Anand and Manjusha Godse.
