Rahul, played by Shahrukh Khan, wants to become successful and rich soon. Lukily he lands a job with Siddharth, who is wealthy and has many extra marital affairs unknown to his rich wife. Rahul makes extra money keeping his boss’ affairs a secret from his wife. One day a beautiful model named Seema, played by Juhi Chawla comes to their office for a job as a model. Siddharth is attracted to Seema and asks Rahul to help him woo her and win her over. Rahul helplessly follows instrcutions even though he himself has a soft spot for Seema. The plan works and Seema is impressed with Siddharths personality.
Soon Rahul and Seema become good friends and she realizes what a good human being and kind hearted he is. She starts to like Rahul. He then introduces her to his mother who is a heart patient. Unfortunately things get misunderstood and his mother is told that Seema is married to Rahul. His mother is overjoyed at this news. Not to shock his mother, the dup put up a false act of being husband and wife. Rahul and Seema start to fall in love. When Siddhart hears of their closeness, he offers a bribe to Rahul, but this time he refuses to take it and Seema and Rahul unite.
The movie is directed by Aziz Mirza and produced by Ratan Jain. The star cast includes Aditya Pancholi, Gulshan Grover, Ashok Saraf, Johnny Lever, Rakesh Bedi, Mahaveer Shah, Amrit Patel, Ajay Wadhawkar, Anant Mahadev, Ghanshyam, Shahsi Kiran, Joginder, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Kashmira and Reema Lagoo.
