Abhimanyu, played by Jackky Bhagnani is all this while living a very simple and carefree life in Japan until one day his father passes away. Not only is he tragedy struck but also put into a whole new career graph since his father was the Prime Minister of India and he is expected to carry the baton forward. Abhimanyu enters politics reluctantly and soon becomes popular amongst his party leaders.

Becoming a public figure now strains his other personal relationships. He later represents the governing party, going against his own wishes. The only respite he gets from all the political drama is with the love of his life Anwita, played by Neha Sharma. Abhimanyu wins his parties trust and becomes a force to reckon with. He gets a lot of help from the faithful secretary to PM Akbar Patel, played by Farooq Sheikh.
