Prakash is a self made man and wants to achieve his success by his own merit. So even though his father is a respected cop, he still gets a job at a bank on his own accord. One day he retrieves the bag of a girl named Kiran from some thieves. This makes them soon fall in love. Meanwhile Kiran who stays in a hotel, falls into trouble when a dead body suddenly appears in her room. Things get ugly when, Prakash to help her, removes the body and throws it away. This is caught on camera by a blackmailer who now will now do anything to teach Prakash a lesson. The film is directed by B Subhash and produced by Ram Singh. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. The star cast includes Vinod Khanna, Leena Chandrawarkar, Pran, Iftekhar, Rehman, Madan Puri, V Gopal, Keshto Mukherji, Nirupa Roy and Jayshree T.
