Ronnie, played by Karanvir Sharma works as a reporter for the Goan newspaper ‘The Daily’. He rents a small house with the help of his Editor in a remote part of Goa. The owner of the house is wheelchair bound and his daughter is Maya, played by Mannara Chopra. Upon seeing Ronnie, Maya falls head over heels in love with him, while he is still nursing his broken heart from his past relationship with Priya.
Maya steals a picture of Ronnie from his photoframe and also sees her picture on his desk that he took on his way to the house not knowing who Maya was. Maya assumes that he too loves her. They go on a date to a nearby club and Ronnie meets his ex-girlfriend’s sister Nancy and dances with her. This makes Maya jealous. On the way back Ronnie is drunk and he has an accident with Nancy’s scooter and she dies on the spot after rolling on a slope. Maya and Ronnie flee the scene.
The news of Nancy’s death spreads all over Goa and some assume that Priya killed Nancy with the help of Ronnie for a share in the family property. It is later revealed that Nancy had a chance of survival but someone strangled her after the accident. Priya goes to Ronnie for help and the two bond again. They decide to meet for dinner one night and Maya learns this and spies on them, only to see them making love. Infuriated she kills his pet dog and slits her own wrists.
Maya and Priya get into a fight next day and Ronnie intervenes but is hit on the head by Maya. Later she leaves Priya dangling from the top of a building while Ronnie and she make love. Later Ronnie saves Priya and throws Maya down. It is then revealed that it all Ronnie and Priya’s plan to kill Nancy and all the others to get the property for themselves. The movie is directed by Vivek Agnihotri and produced by Anubhav Sinha. The music is composed by Shaarib-Toshi.
