Dreaded dacoit Chandal Singh has the police and entire village in his pocket. He fears no one and has terrorized the people to extreme levels. However when honest and brave office Vijay is assigned to come to the village he does not tolerate the brutal violence of Chandal Singh and arrests him. This infuriates the ruthless dacoit and he pressurizes the Police Commissioner but he gets Vijay transferred to another station. Chaudari who is friends with Chandal kills the commissioner and thus Chandal is freed and escapes. Meanwhile a girl called Durga, witnesses the murder and tries to escape. However Chaudari rapes her and tries to kill her as well but she runs off and becomes a dreaded dacoit herself.
Meanwhile, a cabaret dancer called Kamini is a carbon copy of Durga. Anil who is trying to impress and woo her gets killed. When Vijay sees Kamini he is shocked and cannot believe his eyes. Chaudari meanwhile asks Chandal Singh to eliminate Durga. Vijay gets Kamini to the village too and she gets abducted by Chaudari. Durga has to now kill Chaudari, Chandal and also save Kamini.
The movie is directed by Ramesh Lakhiani and produced by Rajesh Sonie and Kamal Saigal. The music is composed by Sawan Kumar Sawan. The cinematography is by Deepak Duggal and the choreography is by Dinesh.
