Jagran Film Festival, in its 12th Edition, is all set to embark on its 18-city journey across India this year, starting from New Delhi on December 5th, 2024. The festival runs until December 8 at New Delhi's Siri Fort Auditorium before it embarks on its extensive tour.

This year, the festival will travel to Prayagraj, Varanasi, Raipur, Ranchi, Indore, Siliguri, Kanpur, Lucknow, Agra, Meerut, Gorakhpur, Patna, Ludhiana, Dehradun, Hissar, and Darbhanga before concluding in Mumbai.

This year the audiences are in for a treat of 102 short films, features, and documentaries. The Highlights of the festival include the screening of India's Oscar entry 'Laapataa Ladies', the Marathi film 'Gypsy'. The festival will also showcase documentaries such as 'Ujjal Uttam: Artful Life of Uttam Bahurupi'. The festival will witness the presence of eminent filmmakers, actors and notable personalities from the entertainment industry including Pankaj Kapur, Manoj Bajpayee, Bhumi Pednekar, Taapsee Pannu, Mukesh Chhabra, Bhuvan Bam, Rajpal Yadav, Rahul Rawail, Rajat Kapoor, Sudhir Mishra, Anil Prakash Joshi, Aaditri Dipika, Onir, and Hari K Sudan.
