With the pandemic having played spoilt sport in the movie business for the last 2 years, filmmakers have taken alternate routes to release their craft. While some films managed to gain some profit in limited occupancy in cinema halls, others had a direct to digital release. The latter might have missed out on the substantial profits had it been released in theaters. Here is a list of those films that lost out on the big screen feature.

Lead star Abhishek Bachchan’s career would have definitely been uplifted by this film had it been seen on the big screen. 
    

    2.    Radhe- Your Most Wanted Bhai
The Salman Khan starrer did well for a limited time while on the big screens. But after it moved to digital, its profits dropped considerably. 

    3.    Toofaan
With a massive body transformation, Farhan Akhtar fans enjoyed the film and his performance.

    4.    Mimi
A film that touched many hearts but the Kriti Sanon starrer could have done better in cinema halls. 

    5.    Shershaah 
This was a huge surprise of 2021. Sidharth Malhotra fans would regret not seeing this one on the big screens.

    6.    Bhoot Police
The VFX and horror comedy of this Saif Ali Khan starrer was fit for big screen viewing.

    7.    Rashmi Rocket
Actress Taapsee Pannu starrers have always been a crowd puller in theaters. This film could have done exceedingly well on the big screen.

    8.    Sanak
Vidyut Jammwal fans would miss seeing this film in theaters. With its action and the lead actor at his physical best, the profits would have skyrocketed.
