Television actress Aamna Sharif who was last seen in the show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 is all set to star in the web series Aadha Ishq. Joining her in the series will be actors Gaurav Arora, Pratibha Ranta and Kunaal Roy Kapur. The show’s story will revolve around the complications of modern day relationships. The 5 episode series, tells a tale of forbidden love and it’s consequences. 

Aadha Ishq has been shot in Gulmarg, Srinagar and Mussoorie and also stars Suchitra Pillai, Darsheel Safary and Pooja Bhamrrah in supporting roles. Speaking of her role in Aadha Ishq, Aamna said, “Aadha Ishq deals with the repercussions of entangled relationships, and to portray the trials and tribulations that my character Roma goes through in the show, was a challenging task. However, essaying an emotionally inclined character has been a learning experience of a lifetime for me. I’m excited for the audience to see this unusually thought-provoking tale of love, pepped up with drama and beautiful locations. Looking forward to the show.”
