South superstar Allu Arjun who was last seen in Pushpa: The Rise is still garnering praises for the film. The film is still successfully running in cinemas despite being released even on OTT. Meanwhile the actor’s yet another film Ala Vaikunthapurramulo, dubbed in Hindi was set to release on January 26th in theaters but now stands cancelled. One reason is due to the covid situation in the country and second is due to the Kartik Aaryan starrer Shehzada that is it’s official Hindi remake. The makers of the latter are not willing to take the risk of letting the original release before the remake, which might affect its business considerably.

Shehzada also stars Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal, Ronit Roy, Ali Asgar, among others. The film is directed by Rohit Dhawan and is the remake of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The makers thanked its producer for halting the release of the Original film by stating, “Manish Shah, promoter of Goldmines, along with the makers of Shehzada have jointly decided to withdraw the theatrical release of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo Hindi version. Shehzada makers are thankful to Manish Shah for agreeing to the same.” Shehzada is slated to hit the big screens on 4th November 2022.
