Known for his films like Section 375, Baghban, Thodi Life Thoda Magic, actor Saahil Chadha and his wife Promila have recently recovered from the covid virus till another disaster struck them. The couple who were near St. Xaviers’ College were walking towards their car when an ambulance hit the couple from behind. Promila sustained 2 fractures while Saahil was dragged by the ambulance for about two feet and sustained injuries on his stomach and thigh. The couple were rushed to the Bombay Hospital and are recovering. Their injuries are not of serious nature and thus they will be discharged soon. 

Talking of the horrific experience Saahil said, “I practise Buddhism and feel that a big undesirable and much worse incident has been averted in my life. I am under observation for the next few days no doubt, but God has been kind. Whatever happened was extremely shocking and scary.”
