Popular Bhojpuri lyricist Shyam Dehati who made his debut with the film ‘Nirhua Rickshawala’ is no more. This has sent a huge shock wave through the industry. The young writer was undergoing treatment at the Gorakhpur’s BRD Medical Hospital, where he breathed his last on Monday. He had contracted the corona virus and his oxygen levels dropped drastically since Sunday night. The ‘Rani Dilbar Jani’ actor succumbed to the deadly virus within an hour of being admitted. Actress Amrapali Dubey explained her sadness at the news and wrote, “I just can’t process the news yet. Ohm Shanti @shyamdehati ji !”

Popular Bhojpuri star Khesari Lal Yadav expressed his shock on Twitter and wrote, “Despite our millions of efforts, our brother Shyam is no more a rustic. This message is not being shared with us.
