Elvish Yadav has denied all the charges and said he is ready to cooperate with the UP police. Maneka Gandi the BJP MP whose NGO accused the YouTube star has also issued a statement asking "If he is not guilty then why was he running?" While giving interview to TV channels Maneka Gandhi said, ."This is a grade 1 crime, seven years in jail, a wildlife crime. King cobras die when their venom is taken out. Their venom is for digesting food. Without the venom, they can't eat anything and thus they die. There are very few cobras and pythons in the country. It is a crime to own them, catch them or use them."

Maneka Gandhi's NGO Accuses Elvish Yadav Demands Immediate Arrest:

Maneka Gandhi has demanded Elvish Yadav's immediate arrest, while talking about the same she revealed how her NGO was monitoring Elvish as they speculated the crime by his YouTube videos featuring snakes. She added “Then we found out that they sell snake venom,” 

After Elvish came out to prove his innocence Maneka shared her opinion. She said, “That's why he is absconding?” “People do anything to remain in the headlines.” "Snake venom leads to liver and kidney failure and then the brain becomes dizzy. So you feel dizzy," Maneka Gandhi added.

Elvish Yadav's Twitter Response:

In the video shared by Elvish Yadav, he makes a clear statement about not being connected to any allegations the media and Maneka Gandi is putting on him. He also shared a video posted by Zee News featuring Maneka Gandi on Twitter (X) Elvish wrote, "Shocked To See Such People Sitting On Such Posts. Jis Hisab Se Ilzaam Lagaye Hai madam ne us hisab ki maafi bhi tayar rakhe"


As per the revelation made by People For Animals the NGO run by Maneka Gandhi, they asked Elvish Yadav to organise a rave party and get Cobra venom. The complaint stated "Elvish gave us the name of one Rahul whom we contacted. He said he could organise the venom wherever we want. He then came to Sector 51 Banquet Hall with the Venom. The Noida police then came to the venue along with the DFO and arrested the organisers." Five people who were arrested for the same case have been named  Elvish Yadav.
