Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis gives political references at the trailer launch of the Marathi film 'Sangeet Manapman'.

Director Subhodh Bhave’s Sangeet Manapmaan' the fim stars Subodh Bhave, Sumeet Raghavan, Keya Ingle, Vaidehi Parshurami in the lead roles. The musical film is based on the life and works of legendary Marathi playwright Krushnaji Prabhakar Khadilkar, which is not just a tribute but a visual and musical masterpiece.

Fadnavis referred to the present political scenario resonating with the title of the film and said, 'The film's title 'Manapman' in Marathi means honour/dishonour.I have just come here after expanding the ministry, allotting portfolios, offices and bungalows to the new ministers. We, too, have our own 'Maan-Apman" and its music reverberates in public."

Fadnavis praised the lead actor Subodh Bhave, drawing another comparison to Bhave and his own role as a politician said 'You have the unique distinction of playing Bhamini and now Dhairyadhar. Similarly, I, too, sometimes have to be CM, then LoP (Leader of Opposition), then deputy CM and CM again.' Bhamini and Dhai.

The film's music is by the legendary musical trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, who have composed the 14 songs of this musical maestro. The music album has 14 songs with a galaxy of singers who have lent their voices namely Rahul Deshpande, Avdhoot Gupte, Bela Shende, Priyanka Barve, Aarya Ambekar, Pratibha Singh Baghel, Jasraj Joshi, Anand Bhate, Shounak Abhisheki, Savaniee Ravindra, Hrishikesh Badve, Asmita Chinchalkar, Krishna Bongane, Shivam Mahadevan and Shrinidhi Ghatate etc.
