The actor Chinmay Mandlekar broke his silence after losing his tolerance to trolls. He has been receiving backlash after a video in which his son's name was mentioned was posted on social media. Chinmay started getting hateful and disrespectful comments on social media for naming his son after a Mughal Emperor, Jehangir.

Chinmay's wife Neha Mandlekar also voiced her opinion and slammed trollers for their unnecessary hatred towards their family and son. The couple took to their respective instagram handles and shared their opinion on the trolling and hateful messages they received for their son's name.

Chinmay Mandlekar Stands Against Trolling of Son's Name 'Jehangir' in Emotional Instagram Video:

Chinmay Mandlekar shared a video on Instagram where he said, 'I have time and again defended myself and justified why I named my son Jehangir. We have always been trolled because of his name and it has caused distress to our family. We have always received vulgar, indecent and hateful comments because of this.'

Chinmay Mandlekar Takes Stand Against Trolling- Won't Play Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Roles:

He added, 'I have received a lot of love and praise for playing the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, not only in Maharashtra but across the country and even outside the country. But now, I want to very politely say this that I will not do Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's roles.'

A similar incident earlier happened with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan as well. The couple has named their sons Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan.
